Since it's beginnings in 1953 the farm "Il Boschetto" has always been at the forefront of the agricultural sector, and is today noted for its production of wine and oil. Gathered from the pressing of the farm's more than 250 plants, the excellent extra virgin olive oil has an intense colour and taste.

From the red vines: San Giovese, Merlot and Alicante, come two quality wines: "Il Vento" D.O.C di Montecucco and "Sangiovese" I.G.T di Montecucco.

From the pomace of these two wines comes two types of grappa, White and Riserva.
